With respect, compassion and warm hospitality, Haven of Hope, without judgment, seeks to sustain the lives of people of all beliefs and persuasions while walking with them in pursuit of permanent housing, stable employment, personal financial acuity and stable emotional health.
“If you don’t like what you see in the rearview, it might be time to make some Fresh Tracks”
Fresh Tracks is a program developed to support individuals experiencing homelessness to regain dignity and self-sufficiency; helping them to have a positive impact in society again. The approach is dignifying, hope-restoring, and relationally based. It begins with restoring the four foundational relationships of life: with God, with self, with others, and with the rest of creation. Fresh Tracks focuses on understanding the root cases of material poverty in an individual and helps to find a multi-faceted and individualized solution. The participants are never forced to adapt to a model, but rather the model is designed to adapt to each unique individual.
Mission: To equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to seek and attain sustainable employment while addressing the physical and spiritual characteristics contributing to their current life status.
